Paint.NET 4.2.14

Paint.NET is a photo editing program for computers with Windows operating system in its latest versions: XP, Vista and Windows 7.

You will see that it is a very easy to use program that allows you to work with several images at the same time thanks to its organization by tabs. This way you don't have to switch windows to compare two photos or work with several of them simultaneously.

Tools and functions include filters and settings for brightness, aperture, speed, illumination... You can also add clipart to your photos and text boxes.
